1) it was obviously for 2 reasons, experimentation and to give people an idea of how much they have to do barrows to get stuff, as he included that stuff in his guide :roll:

his attitude sickens me, spot is to slow for getting enough ores per day only 1 rock so...poison spiders gettin hit 30 rangers there etc etc etc...his need to feel important and "do good things" as he calls it , forced me to flame...
if you took the time to read the guide, it's pretty quick mining after you get the clue, i always range there to be alone, so there isn't 30... it's not too hard to avoid spiders... you can't prove he needs to feel important, and nothing but you "non-existant," as you call it, selfishness, greed, and arrogance gave you the idea to flame...
i saw so many flames hgere, i almost thought that it was another rare market post made by r2pleasent... heh

its was beta tested in 2000 4th quarter, but it was realesed in january 2001.

as for POH's, i'm trying not to get excited cause i know i'm gonna be disappointed either way.... summoning sounds stupid to me (my opinion, no flaming please) and i don' see what you can really do with a house now that i think about it...

melee spend the most money for equipment and naturally should overpower rangers

well if you win u can pick up some of the arrows :P
seeing as melee has to buy 3 pots, and rangers buy 1....every time we SEE you there goes 3000gp... our armour is not cheap like you noobie little 20k hide...
but then again, rangers need 2 specials to have a chance at mages, so that part is unfair

Jagex said pures will be powerful, but people who use all 3 skills will be better.
And have no room for food?
As it is, when I mage i only have 16 spaces for food. If I bring a Weapon that's 15 spaces for food. If It's a bow, I'd have to bring was ranger armour (2 parts) That's 13 Spaces for food.
Making Range/Mage armour have Negative Melee attack would work well :)
h last time i checked the was 28 spaces... is it even possible to use 8 different runes in one pk trip?
and in support to your point, i wouldnt mind attack bonuses for wearing armour, only making melee more strong...

It's not the cost that stops people from trying to become a member, there has been a poll in the past on the runescape site and it showed that most people just didn't have the access to someway of paying. So don't think that f2p players are cheap, they just can't find a way to pay.
Get 5 bucks, put it in an enveloppe and send it in the mail.
that's not how it works....
you put 5 bucks in a envelope, send it in the mail. jagex get the envolope, pockets the money. you wait for membership for a week or 2. you send a query to jagex. "we never recieved your payment." you send another 5. they laugh at your stupidity, and pocket the money again.
then theres the chance they really never recieved it. there's too many things that can happen when paying with cash in a mere envelope.
anyway, i think this is the worth thing wozza could say about f2pers...as a friend of mine lost members a few months ago and is trying his hardest to earn it back. as well, they aren't all beggers.
i think a better suggestion would be to remove the level cap from members. many of our members are getting many 99's and a ton of experience over it

i agree with duke saying that the price is likely to be way up there due to the time it takes to make the things...
