    like 5 months ago downloading stuff was all good but now on most days i can't even download 300kb files and no i don't use any manager thing and also what's a browser?

    i was playing my games yeah and suddenly the whole screen turns upside down, mouse and all. so when i move the mouse, down is up and left is right and so on also whenever i download stuff off sites it never downloads the whole thing but yet still says that it's complete but it ain't anyone know how to fix???????????????????????
