when you save it save it as a PNG by goin right below were you name it and it will say "save as" and you click the arrow and you select PNG from the list.

o duh i didnt just do it in blender but i used blender as the base of it, i used my flash mx 2004 program for the brushing & text

wats ripping? and blender its 3d modeling program and it dosent hav a tutorial on sigs i just read a tutorial on the basics and made it fit that frame then uploadeded it
