I'm pretty sure my numbers are correct unless they have been changed by jagex. 77 = 13 83 = 14 90 = 15 97 = 16 But my brother now has a 82 ranged account, so once he hits 83, I'll ask him to test it :)

Sorry, but my numbers are correct. 83 ranged is 14 without prayer 85 ranged is 15 with eagle eye 90 ranged is 15 without prayer 91 ranged is 16 with eagle eye I am 100% sure about this since I have a 90 ranger without prayer myself so.
