Okay well what would you recommend as far as weapons to use to train my str?? I don't fully understand the combat system since I started playing again (lol wow im a legit newb!)

Hello, as the subject says I'm looking to lvl up my combat... trying to get to 70 attack so I can use my whip, then work on str and def till i get to 70 of all 3 of those... where would be the fastest xp for me with these stats??? 65 62 60 55 44 61 Also what would be the recommended gear etc? I have p2p.... just started playing again after not playing for like a year lol... so I feel pretty lost! Any suggestions at all are great... because I haven't worked on my combat skills in a long long long time! Thanks :D
