I think they should have a quest like the heros in a sense. It involves a phoneix and a black arm gang member to work together to get something like they did for the arm band. But it be something different. Mabye a new sword, or new weapon.

I think they should come out with another quest. That requires a member from the phoneix gang, and the Blackarm 2 work together.
