somebody please help. this is getting so frustrating

still no such luck in getting that pesky door open. perhaps i have to speak to someone, or do something else. im going in the exactly order of the tip.it guide and im sick of seeing "the door is locked"

i tried that, did not work. for instance it says "red is north of blue" i did red and then blue and finished the puzzle like that still did not open door help!

so heres the deal. im at the part trying to get into equipment room. i have the balls set up correctly on the stone thing, but the door still won't open! and the quest won't continue until it does!
