i'm gonna put a view from us ppl in south korea :wink: here the us have a huge hold on south korea, the us army takes up around 90% of the military bases in south korea if the us army left, which they threaten to do south korea is likely to blow up but then again north korea could fire a missile at the capital it would hit in less than a minuite but that would blow north korea up as we would retialite in that minuite but as ppl are to scared to figure this out the us keeps its iron grip on the dividied country

And if you happened to have a lowered stat, if you continued to operate the cape, theoretically you should be able to continuously operate it until you are back to lv99.

 

 

 

I was thinking about that for prayer. That would be very useful.

 

 

 

Prayer and hp cape can only be used once every minute

 

 

 

I know a use for the hp cape!

 

 

 

go to cw, and stand in the rock pile things. They only do 99 damage max so you would be left with 1 hp

wrong ppl have been 1 hitted with 105 hit points or around there using sara brew and taht altar in the desert i think

My theory:

 

 

 

They now their country and government is crap. They know they are a failure because 1/3 of their country suffer from malnutrition. So they build nukes because they're too proud to admit their wrong doing. They want nukes for bargaining chips.

 

You say it as though the North Koreans have a choice in the matter.

 

 

 

It's Kim Jong Il and his government who want the bargaining chip, not the people themselves. Hell, if the people knew anything about the outside world besides what propaganda tells them, they'd have defected to South Korea ages ago.

 

 

 

It's the government that wants the bargaining chip of nuclear weapons because it's just so easy for every country around them to impose sanctions or hold back on the food aid.
