As some of you may have noticed, we now have 620 playes with 99 hits. that's an outrage. it's not even rare to see a 99 hper anymore and there's tons of them that i've never heard of and i've been around rs for several years. If Range didn't effect Hits, then many of them would not have such high lvls so should range train into your hitspoints xp too? Pretty soon, there's going to be over 1,000 people with 99 hits then the game will not be fun. clan wars will takes forever since every1 fighting in the largest clans will be 99 hp.
