hello, ive been trying to use the pay-by-phone method to activate members on my account, but whenever i call the number they tell me, it ring once, then says: Your call cannot be completed as dialed... Im using my cell-phone, and im from Canada, could that have anything to do with it? Also, how do you write your phone number on when you first click the "pay-by-phone" link? is it like..(this is not my real telephone number) a.(555)-555-5555 b.555-5555 is it "a" or "b", or is it a whole different layout? Thanks in advance.
