You've got a real problem, man. I highly respect Duke Freedom for doing posting such a detailed study on rares. If he wants to predict the price of rares, I say go ahead! He expressly said, "Predicting future rare prices is like buying a ticket in the lottery." He wasn't saying that is for certain the way it is going to be, he's just giving his own rough estimate.
