  1. After months of trying just got 90 slayer :D Did it by mounting some abyssal heads to my wall Now i only need about 7.6M xp to lvl 99 :wall: And I need to do me2....
  2. Does anybody have some advice that would help in killing General Graardor and his companions? Can you just stick on melee pray and be safe from him?
  3. Although quite a small factor, perhaps people want to try out the new prayers as well
  4. Nice if it works! Seems quite hard to pull off though (if I read it right...) Also, is this guide in the right forum? Surely it should be in Player-Made Guides: Monsters, Money-Making, Tips & Other, not Player-Made Guides: Skills, Mini Games & Quests
  5. A nice friend gave me 800k. I was killing nechs and had 3 boots in 10 kills. Random guy there asked for one so I said if i get 4 more he can have 1... I got 4 more so gave him 1 lol
  6. Slayer is one of the best ways to make money (althougth what you said afterwards was true). And slayer doesn't make a profit until 80 slayer, it only breaks even until then really (especially if you cannon). Ontopic: I've had 2 abyssal tasks where I got 2 whips in a task
  7. Safta Doc is the guy you need to talk too. He's in the northern area of the village. You also need some gems, not sure what ones though.
  8. Don't! you are meant to give it to somebody in exhange for the machette I like the gloves for slayer and also useful if RCing as a teleport that doesnt use an inventory spot
  9. bones, only done 1 pk. 150k on a stake though
  10. If they do crush then chain is better but to be honest you probably wont notice much difference
  11. Use the best slayer master you can and if you dont like the task, burnthrope it. When you can afford and equip guthans get it. If you are very rich use cannon to speed up many tasks. As with hunter, I guess hunt the lowest birds and gradually hunt better birds, do eagles peak quest and hunt ferrets, then hunt with falcon. Get the kebbits, drop the furs. At 53 you can go for grey chinchompas. These are slightly slower xp but you can start making money on them. At 63 red chins are fastest and have good money. Good luck with both skills. EDIT: Didnt see you said first 30 lvls...
  12. countless pmods, only 1 jmod when i was f2p in varrock centre
  13. a) If you have the runes (or arrows) you can do this already B) You can only have a finite amount of runes so not indefinitely. While this is true, I believe that you fail to see my point. In circumstances that involve the usage of runes or arrows or even halberks, there is still the oppurtunity to die. I am a mage and while in the Ogre Shaman cave I was safe-spoting the blue dragons and accidently walked around the rock and got hit for a 47 instantly killing me. I lost tons of items, I had been there for quite some time, as well as the 30k air and choas runes. If you summoned up a beast to do you biding then told it to kill something while you sit over to the side (probably high alching) then there would never be an oppurtunity for you to die. This of course is me assuming that summoning will be after the traditional sense. This is not Runescape, this is Lemonade Stand. Assuming summoning is in the traditional sense, how do you pickup the drops from the summons kills? It would probably be the same as when maging/ranging, so the risk would still be there. (also when you are high alching you could get a random and die :P)
