Question about membership, payment options???

EDIT- This Is HEART_O_GOLD, i just temporarily forgot my tipit pass lol :( Ok, so i went to the post office this afternoon and asked the teller for "48.23" Money order, but she seemed to think that to send it to the USA, the cash needed to be in American Dollars, while my money order was in Australian Dollars. So i got a refund incase this was right... I might just send an envelope with the cash. -
