T do you mean lower the settings? I've lowered everything I can in game.

Yes I have used the client and the problem is the same, I wanted to start playing again after a while but it doesn't look like I'm going to until I fork out for component upgrades or a new laptop. The game runs fine on the pc in my house on like moderate settings so I know the internet isn't the issue.

Yeah I've tried that it doesn't make any difference. Also, it's using 90~100% of my CPU.

I have recently come back to Runescape after about a year and when I play it I suffer from extreme lag and have no idea why.
