19 prayer bonus is enough, the effectiveness of prayer bonus goes down as the amount of bonus goes up (at the difference between 0 and 5 is FAR bigger than the one between 25 and 30, and it maxes at 30) Unless you're gonna switch your chestplate (for bandos, or a barrows plate), I'd say you should stick to the fire cape.

Actually, you need 80 slayer to combine it. (and 85 attack to wield it, not sure if that's a requirement for combining too as I had that before I got the vine.)

I've thought about this a bit in the past too - I'd say giving a guaranteed drop like that wouldnt really fit runescape. Maybe just the drop being more likely? (Say, original drop is 1 in 5000, if you don't get any for 5000 kills it will be 1/4000, if you don't get it for those 4000 it will be 3200...) Of course, it'll reset when you get the drop.

I was bored so I thought I'd give this a try... First kill only got me 100 lobbies, then a bit of patience later...
