is rune mining a good money maker? I know one ore cost 10k+ but there is only one spot in deep wildy full of pkers and other miners do you rune miners make alot of money mining rune? it takes me like 5 minutes to mine 10 addy ores......does that take longer then getting one rune ore? I need like 2 mil exp to reach 85 mining

i am making a rune pker too my stats are 40 attack 62 str 40 def 47 range 10 mage 1 prayer I think the best stats for a rune pker is like 40 def and 60 attack and a cery high str.....no prayer and raise mage and range is good training on the lvl 27 minotaurs is best i would not pass lvl 30 def since the dragon slayer quest give 12,600 exp in def and if you finish that quest when you have lvl 40 def then it will raise like a lvl or 2 I hear having lvl 45 def is good too since you will be fighting other rune pkers

They aren't wielding them. It looks like you are wielding an axe when you chop a tree, even if you aren't wielding the axe. Those lvl 3 people that have addy and rune axes-they're mostly autoers! Report them! my point is that you don't need lvl 40 attack to use the rune axes. not all lvl 3 people are autoers....some are skillers and not fighters.

why do lvl 3 people have addy and rune axes then?

Apart from 40 att and 41 wc... you dont need the 40 att to wield the axe only the wc lvl

pking aint good until you're good enough to kill....like 70 stats on str, range and mage......making a pker is boring...fun when you pk but most people run away in lvl 1-5 wildy and pking is dangerous in lvl 20+ with a pure to me...not worth it to waste food....I think it is better to pk in your main in deep wildy I would raise fishing and cooking if I made a new account mining needs lvl 40 att to use rune pick and it takes long to raise that skill since you will be banking the ores woodcutting is quick to raise and don't need any requirements to use the rune axe....yews are kinda slow though but are close to bank in edgevile all you need to fish is a lobster pot and a little money to fish if you want to make money when look around in varrock world 12 to see what is in demand coal is like 150-180 lobs is 200 yew is 200-250?

what world does most people pk on in f2p

I know those high lvl monsters in stronghold drop it alot but what about the lower leveled (30-60) monsters? I am training my rune pker on lv 27 minotaurs now and they give alot of exp and iron arrows. What monsters can I train on later when my stats are better to get those mith/addy arrows? my stats so far att 40 str 60 (goal 80+) def 40 hp 51 range40 (goal 80+) pray 1 mage10

good points they could make hardcore characters attack only in their own world and not normal world.....something like what what member stuff is to f2p...when it says you must be in a members world hardcore players won't be able to see any drops.....even from monsters I know this will never happen but it would be fun pking 8-)

You think it would rock if jagex made a world for only hardcore characters? I mean something like in diablo 2.....you can make a hardcore character and if it dies then you lose the character. Normal characters can't log in hardcore worlds so they won't be able to drop trade their pkers. Hardcore characters can log in to normal worlds though so they can buy supples once they have money and skills.

I am also lvl 74 smithing and i stopped training it a long time ago Smithing ain't a good moneymaker since you have to buy all the stuff you need or get some stuff yourself What I did to get to that lvl was mostly smelting steel bars and selling them....I made steel plates and high alch them sometimes too What I think the best way to train and make money is to buy coal and mine iron ores then make steel plates then sell them to people who wants to train magic

trout and salmon are best for raising fishing lvl I gained fast 70-75 with only 10k feathers and took only couple hours you dont cook them just give away for free so you dont waste time dropping them

most people sell and buy willows 30-35 each if you buy around 20 each then you will make profit I don't see you buying 20k willow for 20 each in 5 minutes and finding a buyer for 40 each in 30 minutes

btw merchanting rares ain't quick since you have to find a buyer and that takes hours and most of the time your wasting time standing around and that time you could have used to collect something like 500 yews 500 yews x 250 a piece = 125k an hour

there isn't a fast way to make money....even if you buy logs or any item low and sell high you will only be making like 20k-50k each 1k the only way to make quick money is to merchant rares....buy something like 17 mil and sell it 17.2 mil 8-)

lobsters are the best money makers in f2p chopping yews take longer then fishing lobs yew cost 250 so does cooked lobs get a quick 1k lobs then sell 200k-250k

I stopped playing RS on January 1, 2005 I gave all my stuff away which included a white phat worth 15 mil at that time.....I read it is worth 300m+ now :shock: .....maybe that person will give it to me back now that im playing again? :?: I logged in every couple months when I don't have any thing to do on the computer but I am going to start playing again I only have 110k and 400 cooked lobs and I am lvl 92 free to play Is there any other items that is new for f2p? only the gloves were new when I played What new stuff does f2p have now? Any new changes to the weapons like more attack power?
