I will be getting 99 Magic by read a tome of xp from the Myreque Pt III - Darkness of Hallowvale Quest. Hopefully will get a good turnout of people and some nice messages to spam the screen when I hit the level.

I remember when you used to be able to attack anyone anywhere, there was no such thing as the wilderness.

When being a P-Mod you have some advantages and some dis-advantages.Some of the advantages are: Your text being seen by everyone definately good for sitautions like w2, more respect from players. Some dis-advantages are that many people ask you questions about the agme and about the rules, you also get the people that disrespect you and flame you without you being able to insult them back.
All in all I would find it a very great experience to be a P-mod.

The rules restricting bad language are again, there to protect the younger players (though it often seems that they are the ones who most abuse those rules). Unfortunately, the rules are based on the English language, and don't necessarily work well with other languages.
This emission taken from the above article is false. Jagex takes action against people using offensive language in many languages. They obviously have people working for them with various second language knowledge.
The above has been confirmed by a Player Mod and by Jagex muting my character for swearing in spanish.

The only thing I could understand from that flabbergabber is you claiming that H A 12 D is 126 combat which is wrong he's exactly 125.55 Combat according to the RSD site. :shame:

for the over 110 bracket, since it is 1 on 1, are you allowed to barrage them?
and if not are blitzes allowed?
edit: also since its british summer time does that change to gmt time?- otherwise i might get there an hour too early/ late :S
No mutli attack spells, not sure which barrage or blitz hits multiple people. If I see contestants taking splash damage from multi spells, though, you're done. Hehe.
Not sure on your time zone thing. Better figure that one out on your own. :P
Well people have told me that it doesn't hit multiple people but can we please before to make sure?Because it's not "hehe"for me when I've trained non-stop 10 hours a day for the past week in pest control trying to get ice barrage.So please give us a chance before the party to check whether or not ice barrage hits multiple people in a combat ring. :pray:
