It's an expansion as all you do is add on some cool features but keep all the old ones aswell.

I remember when you used to be able to attack anyone anywhere, there was no such thing as the wilderness. I remember when Bluerose13x was the most famous skiller around, she made the first rune longs/scimmy's that sold for 1mil a piece. I remember when you use to start out with 9 hp. I remember when quests would take soo long to complete as npc's could only talk to one person at once. I remember when there was no such thing as Jagex. When being a P-Mod you have some advantages and some dis-advantages.Some of the advantages are: Your text being seen by everyone definately good for sitautions like w2, more respect from players. Some dis-advantages are that many people ask you questions about the agme and about the rules, you also get the people that disrespect you and flame you without you being able to insult them back. All in all I would find it a very great experience to be a P-mod.

This emission taken from the above article is false. Jagex takes action against people using offensive language in many languages. They obviously have people working for them with various second language knowledge. The above has been confirmed by a Player Mod and by Jagex muting my character for swearing in spanish.

No mutli attack spells, not sure which barrage or blitz hits multiple people. If I see contestants taking splash damage from multi spells, though, you're done. Hehe. Not sure on your time zone thing.
