  1. Coordinate Help plz....

    I got the clue with coordinates 04.05 South, 04.24 East, and it's on an island east of ogre city, it says "to get to the island start outside ogre city, on the western side. Walk south until you get to the southwestern corner of the city. Then start walking east until you see a tunnel. Enter the tunnel an you will instantly appear on the island." But I don't even know where to start looking for the tunnel, do I need to have completed watchtower for this clue, so i can get inside the city?.... any help plz? :D
