I can see people getting really pissed of when someone builds a 4 square shelter at the fire giants. -
:D Ah...when I sold my Santa for 750k and thought I was a great merchant for making a 250k profit, only to find that 2 days later the price shot to 1.5 mil #-o . Of course...1.5 mil is still a great price compared to what we see today :x I remember when there was no ancient magic. I remember when rangers got owned on F2P(shame they fixed that  ) I remember when World 2 Varrock was just as busy as Fally, if not more so, and there was actually a part right in front of the bank that was pretty much reserved for scammers. I remember when the only reason people only went into the swamps past Canifis was for quests. I remember when you could actually talk to other people when WCing in F2P(can't really talk to a SCAR script, can you?) I remember when it wasn't against the rules to use a 3rd Party client that was actually useful. I remember when mauls were 2 mil, and when the first abby slayers sold whips for 30 mil :o Most of all, I remember when Runescape was FUN.

Without a doubt, the Underground Pass is the greatest place in Runescape.

Hence them being hammers :D To haisey - to spend 3 mil on your house for it to serve as nothing more than a quick route to dag kings. -
Yes of course. because whips are just so cheap right? Which is why I added "/fire staff", but whips are at a pretty good price atm.

Just my black sleeveless shirt and black pants, with a Guthix Book, boots of lightness, cooking gauntlets, and my whip/fire staff.

Tip.It Times Presents: Jagex and Emergent Gameplay
haisey replied to Kiara_Kat's topic in General Discussion
I can only agree with this article to a certain extent. Jagex definitely nuked the wilderness when they introduced RS2. Then again, RS2 was a whole new game, albeit tightly based on RSC, but definitely not the same. It introduced many new gameplay strategies, those used in the wilderness weren't alone, not by a long shot. In the end, Jagex is a company that serves over 1 million people with it's product. They have the task of trying to please everyone, all the time. They do allow certain emergent gameplay, as many people have already said on this thread. The way you train, the way you kill monsters, all of these things are a type of emergent gameplay. Imagine if Jagex had decided to just turn a blind eye the day that Durial123 found the Construction bug. Personally, I think they allow just the right amount of emergent gameplay. I've definitely seen better articles in the Tip.it Times. This one was badly written, not thought through, and seemingly pointless. Just my 2 cents. -

Most F2P quests now have cutscenes that weren't always there. Like in Romeo and Juliet you actually go down to see Juliet in the tomb, only to find she has been killed by her cousin....creepy. -
Hey guys, I'm Haisey. For about 1 1/2 years(on and off in between), I've trained my main account, making it quite a rich level 83. But, after all that time invested, I've gotten bored with my account. So, I decided to make a new one. The name: Only Arbiter. When I decided to make a new account, there were many questions in my heads that I had to answer. "What's going to be the name?", "What skills will I concentrate on early?", and "What are the most effective way to train these skills quickly?", were prominent among many others. After much thinking, I decided that I wouldn't do what most new characters do(aka train combat), but instead train skills to a reasonable level, and then begin leveling my combat skills. "What skills to train first?", I asked myself, but that was an easy question. My two favorites of course! So, woodcutting and fletching it was. So far, after two days of training, here are my stats and goals. Woodcutting: Start/Current/Goal(short-term) 44/50/60 Long-Term Goal: 85 Fletching: Start/Current/Goal(short-term) 34/42/45 Mid-Term Goal 70 Long-Term Goal 85 So, that's it so far. Post some support here if you want, but remember that views are just as important as posts! If you want to show me some love, then drop me a PM in-game. My private is always on. ~Haisey
