    :S in journal it says i found a plaque with a strange inscriptions on it.maybe i can use this to decode the msg i found on certificate which seems quite important i should keep it with me.Ive done people said on rs fourms and here and nothing...i click on the wall sign and the symbols pop up with a x box top right nothing to decode?
