thx, are there any technical terms that i shuld add in to the google search to find wat im lookin for? i dont exactly know what the pro's call "lines and circles"..in my terms atm ..lol

hiya there, i am new to sig making, and i use photoshop. i just wanted to know how to add a border, add some lines or circles to a sig background? wanna find out how to add linework..and stuff.. if anyone can help me, here is my background. i dont mind lookin at some tut sites or something to figure it out myself..i just dunno where to look.
