It doesn't need anything. It's a simple sig. Looks awesome IMO. But you need to work some on the text.

If there are so many who is eager to do pixel sigs for 300k, how come only 1 person has entered?

You should finnish it yourself. The result will become better that way. It's really amazing.

You're only paying 300k. For a pixel sig that's not very much at all. You can't expect to get better then that. Actually I think that sig is worth more then 300k looking at his shading skills.

That's not good at all. :S No shading, his arms look like he's deformed. 4/10 Sorry. Just try to look at real photos and try to get the proportions(sp?) right. And then look at where there are shadows when there are different lightsources.
