But that's the thing, jagex practically wants us to use quest guides. Random NPCs ask us to hunt down random things that we've never heard before, or the like and it would waste hours of our time trying to figure it out on our own. Also, last I checked, annoying != hard.

Nope, no garenteed drop. They have a drop list like any monster. Granted, they do drop less items then the KQ for example, but a lot of people redo instances over and over to get the really elite items.

I know exactly what you mean, nothing on runescape is hard. (Jad isn't hard, it just takes nerves of steel) I have to admit that I did have a little trouble on the vampire-guy, but that was because he got very lucky with some high hits.

HORDE FTW!!! And yeah, I really hate grinding, so I'm only level 21. :lol: Yeah, on WoW, items never drop to the ground, instead you have to loot the bodies. (not at you aussy) I'm sorry, but that's quite sad.

Damis is NOTHING. Ah, but that's the thing; it's possible for you to, once you level up. On games like WoW, where there are plenty of huge bosses, it's impossible for someone to solo a boss like this, or even do it with 5 people. I've seen bosses so frikken huge that they fly up into the sky, all the 20+ people fighting him are little specks, then the boss shoots some HUGE fire attack, killing most players and leaving some to do some emergency heals. cause runescape is runescape, runescape ISNT the other games its its own game. So you are saying that runescape cannot become better? :XD: On runescape, protection prayers are basicially all the variety that there is. Saying to just run up and attack a monster like Jad with no prayers is like telling a WoW priest to run up and start wacking a dragon with his staff. This is personally why I love the WoW item system. When an item is dropped, it shows up on all players screens, then they get to roll ingame "dice" for it, and whoever gets the highest number wins. Also, the really good items are bind on pickup, meaning when you pick them up they cannot be traded. How is that a bad thing? :-s Completely true, which is exactly why these boss fights would be awesome, but would also never come until a runescape sequel. On, and btw, here is a pic of one of the weakest boss monsters in WoW, in a level 19 instance dungeon. (an instance dungeon is a dungeon that has randomly generated monsters and items for each group of players that enter it together) It's dead as I couldn't fit it in the screen alive. Someone can spam "SELLING 1K HIDES 5000K" for hours at end, but if no one has 5000k, or even 5k, how is he going to sell?If all the gp in runescape disappeared overnight, it wouldnt change the value of whatever armor i have in my bank. I just wouldn't be able to get anywhere near as much money for it, because gp is rarer and now worth more. Only difference is, the armor would be worth more too, because it also disappears from everyone's bank. And then nobody could get it anyway, so it would be even more expensive. And here's the best part: the economy gets to multiply every few days, because all the players started with nothing. It won't get rid of inflation, just make it worse. #-o You miss the whole point. People WILL sell items, they will want the cash. There is NO WAY that people won't lower the price of items so other people will buy them. If you can't understand this, then ask someone else, preferably some famous merchant.

Selling to a store would still be there, but there would be a lot less people doing it, as it gives less cash and no magic exp. You also forget that people would usually buy the items, thus making stores actually cause deflation. :o Also, I would have said to just remove alching, but it should be kept for the leveling purposes ONLY. I play WoW, so I know what this is like. I personally hate it lol. Satenza, you're just a rs2 product. :XD: :XD:

No rares as there would be no pre-existing items. EDIT: I mean no items that were on our rs2 accounts would be carried over. Off topic: is it just me or are these forums moving fairly slow today?

I'm just throwing my opinion/idea out there, I never said it would happen...And personally, I think quite a few people would do it, especially old rsc products who would want to relive the "glory days". (You would understand if you played back in '01.)
