Combat=71 Att=60 Str=62 Def=50(But wen i tryed the abbys i was only 47) Should i wear full rune or what???

OK well im not sure if i spelt it right but any who... umm i need help with it i heard its highly reccomended to go for runecrafting as its quick but dangerous... so i decided to go there to runecraft some chaos and wat happens??? in seconds of running around the abbys im on like 6hp lol luckily enough i brang telle runes and i got owt of there.... should i go back or is there not mch point is there any tips apart from wat is on the runecrafting guide?
