  1. My mining's up to lvl 73 (which is pretty good). But anytime I'm fighting for ore, the other guy always beats me to it. I check their high score stats and it's someone with lvl 54 mining or something similar. I'm not exaggerating either. I kept count at the Silo Village gem mine just now. Me and a lvl 53 miner and he managed to get like 86% of the gems. I'm not carry a weapon/sheild or anything that would slow me down or disadvantage me. I stopped wearing gloves for a while but it made no difference. I've a standard rune pick which is what everyone uses. So does anyone know what the variables are when it comes to streamlining your mining and bonus points and a budwieser if you can tell me why my guy sucks so badly at it?
  2. So I've been leveling up impressively and things are fine on f2p but life's just getting so dull. I mean how long can you train on push-overs like ice giants & lessers until the monotony becomes routine? So I'm paying up and going pro and looking forward to the p2p Runescape world opening up with new monsterz/questz/skillz. What i'm wondering is what happens if after a couple of months I wanna quit paying and go back to f2p? What happens to the extra stuff I've banked? What happens to member's stuff that can't be used in f2p? Is it all locked inside the bank or is it removed & lost? What are yr experiences with going members and then returning to being a freeloader?
  3. So what're your best tips of any kind. Here are mine: 1) When fishing swordies, always cook all those unwanted tunas. They're worth 100 cooking points apiece. 2) When training always play on quiet worlds. Crowds create competition. And there's always gonna be someone who'll be better/faster/stronger. 3) In f2p, don't bother fighting any Random Events (Evil Chicken, Rock Gollum, Shade etc.). They never drop anything valuable. And you receive almost no experience for fighting them  (Check your stats). Why bother? These tips might seem like common sense but there you go. What can you teach us?
  4. Everyone knows who the noobs are right. (Anyone with a combat lvl below 20 killing chickens for food). And we've all seen the highend ultra-players with daunting combat lvls of 120+. But what do you think the average player's lvl? Personally, I think high 50's to low 60's 'cause that's when leveling up starts requiring some seriously time-consuming dedication.
  5. Why would anyone bother fighting one of those river trollz or gollums or the evil chicken that just pop up when you get NO experience points for the effort? They drop junk of little consequence like feathers. Why do you get no experience points for these battle? Maybe things are different in p2p?
