If you are strong enough to kill hill giants without food just go to the cave with lots of hill giants near varrock and train there for like a long time. Bury the big bones they drop and you will get to 43 prayer after a while...Other than that just buy the bones. I will sell you big bones 300 each. Add my RS name- exalted pker
