I was lvl 98 and went with a 92, a 98, a 106, and a 115. We had only killed 5 when the lvl 115 called a chain drop, and it was! The 92 somehow got the drop, and he shared it among us. We all got 5.2M each. 2) I went with a group of 4 guys around my lvl. I got the drop, and shared it equally among everyone. 6M each! 3) I soloed her a few times, and got lucky on the 19th solo kill. I didn't share it! 24.1M. 4) I went with a group of friends, and my lvl 96 friend got the drop (in full rune!) He did not share... 5) Soon! I've killed over 170 with two close friends and we will certainly split it.
