Dual cores are a little bit expensive. Would pentium 4 be any good?

How much would a dual core processor cost about. And i only play RS. Don't have time for any other games.

Alright i'm looking into buying a new computer because mine decided to suck. It was a little bit laggy, couldn't handle world 2 fally and hardly 18 edge (And i'm a pk'er) it was an 'Intel inside Celeron' I need to know what is best, or good for no lagg's pentium, a different type of celeron, Athlon (never heard of it, it's just one of the options) etc. Also I need to know how much Ghz, RAM, MB etc. I would need. If you can answer any one of those question's please post it. Thankyou. Also. I'm not planning on spending $1,000 so something around the $500 range :? (I have a monitor, keyboard n all that, just need a new comp.)

hey whats up. i made a post earlier today, but i lost it. Sorry for multi-postiong. But can anyone tell me what im doing wrong, when im on Camtasia i know how to make the vid. and everything, but when i load it onto media player (render w.e u wanna call it) its very low detailed and blury. If you use camtasia and you had this problem please try to help me thanks alot =)

Whats up i just recently got camtasia studio 3 (full version not trial) and i know how to do everything, but when i render it onto media player its very blury and i dont get a good pic. at all, if you know how to work camtasia please tell me if im doin anything wrong.. sorry i couldnt give more detail im in my 3rd hour at school :?
