  1. Shadowman, I am impressed with you. It takes a strong person to read something, look within themselves and see something that needs to be changed, and then do it. Most people would not admit they are wrong in any way and could stand a bit of change. They would (and have, on this forum), post excuses as to the contrary of writing intelligently and correctly and go about their normal lives without using what they've read as learning material. You have impressed me by admitting you have changed your writing style solely because you saw yourself reflected in the words of the article. :) ~Naara
  2. Ahhh, the form of correct writing skills. Such a thing is lacking in sufficient quantities on Runescape. It's interesting that you mentioned the way people are viewed because of their skills (or lack thereof) when they write online. I, myself, percieve people who lack consistant spelling and grammar abilities to be of a substandard species of uneducated primate hanging from a tree somewhere in a dense jungle in Africa. Aside from young kids who haven't yet gained complete knowledge of spelling and grammar I try to distance myself from the people who think it 'kool', 'hip' or otherwise acceptable to detain from spending a bit of time to apply themselves in life. I also find it interesting that I have one main RS friend. The funny thing is that he and I got to know each other well and became instant friends because he, as well as I, possesses the ability to talk in coherent sentences and convey our thoughts in more than just chatspeak. That quality is what bonded us together from the first time we talked. I commend you on your well written article. It voiced my own opinions in a well displayed way and even got me to sign up for a tip.it username so I could respond to the article on the chat forums. :) ~Naara
