The tip for clue scroll map is to go to the Goblin Village near the Observatory.....so did not know there is a Observatory at the Goblin Village....so does anyone know what they are taking about?

Panic in the heart of the haunted woods. Beware of double agents! Have no item equipped when you do. This is what the clue scroll says....I have gone to the spot and have nothing on or in my back pack...have tried everything and still nothing happens....is there a trick that is not listed.
