well title says it was my stats r 60atk 70str 1 prayer\def might get 52 prayer or 34 50 range=\ 63mage i was thinking a cannon mabey?? but if i get a cannon to kill it wont it hit constant 30s on me?? is there anywhere to hide??

aight my clue scroll has coordinates which r 04 degrees 41 minutes north 03 degrees 09 minutes west that place is tirawwn i got no clue how 2 get in there. i didnt do any quest the got 2 do something with that. is there a cave which leads to that place???? how do u get in there??? plz post thnx!!!
