resolved had windows firewall running in background and when i updated SK to latest version i had to re-add it to the "allow" under the firewall settings. thx

no antivirus/firewall activated at the moment i live in the US I have tried after restarted my computer and I've installed/uninstalled multiple times now and same problem.
