    *cough* Josef Stalin killed upwards of 60 million */cough* German soldiers were horrified when they discovered his mass execution of Poles at Katyn, for example. And no, I don't believe the name Hitler is outlawed (native German here), though swastikas, and political parties with names similar to the Nazi party are.
