    If you're p2p you get higher prices at any of the people who you can charter a ship from like in catherby and port siram. If f2p then the bandit camp is the only one but that may not be the best idea.

    Ya I've trained there a bit and while the other drops are good, I don't get laws fast enough. Is there some monster that drops crazy amounts of laws?
