im member for the 2nd time and i want to do treasure trails again, i already got a sextant and a watch, but when i go the observatory, i talk the the assistent and his boss, but they only give me a quest, not a chart, when i walked throug that dungeon and come to that telescope, that guy wouldn't give me a chart, i got my watch and sextant on me, but they won't give me a chart, a year ago when i was member, i had that chart without doing a quest, but now i cannot get it, can someone help me please?

its .bmp :P btw, does some1 have ideas for the windows, it dont looks good to me, what should i put in the windows?

some1 wanted that i made a pixel for him, with a guy with runescape outfit and then as weapon a gibson gitar, and at the background an explosion of a nuke with destroyed buildings and stuff :P, i made the explosion in 3 hours and i accidentally i saved it as a .jpg and i did not know that so i took the pixel before the explosion and copied the explosion in that pixel, so only the explosion is .jpg but the rest is .bmp... i get this 'job' on rsnl, but that forum is closed, and so i can hold that pixel for myself :D
