So nobody knows anything about barrows then?

Hey all, well firstly i'd been doing barrows for a while now but i never seem to get anything, then i read up about other people and they always get stuff. I must be doing something wrong. Whenever i go there i only do it once cos i dont have enough runes or p pots. I always kill all 6 brothers and around 5-15 monsters. I'd also like to know anyones theory on the best kill count or the one most people got better items on. All advice appreciated.
