Hmm is Tip.it's guide off? I repaired my full Guthan's (75), and it cost almost 200k...now by the guide, full repairs cost 320k. Full Guthan's (75) should cost a fourth of that. Whats going on?

Well I am currently at the slayer master in the Lost City and I have a question...When I get a reassignment, I know I go to the master in Burthorpe, but how does the monsters he reassigns work? Are they just his regular assignments or what?
