  1. But staking doesn't introduce any new items or gold peices into the economy. It is just a way to move that gold throughout the economy (from player to player). That's what I don't understand. Yes, rares were important in staking and all that stuff, but just because you can't stake lots of gold/rares shouldn't effect prices :-k .

I dont know. Personally, I think it's just the entire Runescape community freaking out and within the next few weeks things should be back to normal.

    At least I hope.

it's because not as many people can afford the rares as fewer people are reaching a high enough amount of money to buy them, thereby lowering the rpice as demand is lower.

  2. Someone posted here, giving us a link to a runescape forum (that he had faked) which would tell us about the free items he claiimed to want to give to us. When you typed in your password there, he would steal it, and take you account. People here realised this scam on here, flamed it, warned people, and got it booted off the forums :D

So some random guy comes and posts offering free items and some people still entered their passwords on his website, wow.

  3. I am hoping the Dragon Large will be a fairly common drop from the Mith Dragons, on account of how difficult they are to kill.

They really won't be too hard to kill, I presume they will take no more than double the time to kill of steel dragons, most probably less. Also if you are meleeing with prayer along/maging with anti-fire pots, the potential for them to damage you dissapears. However, Jagex could put another weaker monster in the area, like the Spinolyps at the dagannoth kings, using a different attack style in order to heighten the difficulty.

  4. Good technique and well done on achieving your goal. Shame you made your guide really, as now more people will be trying to do what you do, thereby effectively ruining it as such. Shame. I don't mind merchants, as long as they have "discovered" it for themselves rather than reading a guide as most of them have done. When I first merchanted I didn't even know it was referred to as merchanting :anxious:
