I was thinking that in theifing skill with the gaurds allways catching you that the higher the your thieving level is above the required amount the lower the chance of a gaurd seeing you steal the object is. Like (with cake stalls) it requires a minimual of level 5 to steal from. So what i'm saying is that you lose 1% chance of being caught by gaurds for ever extra level higher then 5 you are. So lets say your level 50 thieving then your chances of being seen by a guard while stealing from stall would be 45% lower equaling out to a 55% chance of gaurds attaking you while stealing from the stalls. If you need me to clarify more then just ask me to and i'll try my best. Now i thought that with strentgh you should be able to weild 2h weapons with 1 hand as your level increases. Like at lvl 5 you will be able to wield a Bronze 2h and Iron 2h with 1 hand (because the strength of your character has increased and he should be stronger and swing the heavier weapons with more ease). And Steel at level 10.. and just go on like that untill rune then that would be at level 60 and dragon level 70... and any special weapon like granite maul would be addujsted acording to the level you have to have to equip them. Now with WC the axe flinging off the handle can get really old sometimes so there should be a expert crafter placed around in towns that would perfect your axe for the according price. The perfected axe would be adjusted and crafted so it would not slip off the handle. The perfected axes would look like rune axe (pe). I put (pe) cause the (p) could easily be traded to some noob as a poisoned axe. And last with WC there should be a large axe. It is a 2h axe weapon that looks like normal axes instead of hatchets. It's handle would be size of a full long sword and the axe head would be as big as one side of a battle axe. This axe would chop the trees quicker but also use up 1% of your energy every 10 chops. This is because the thing would be so big it would require a lot more effort to swing around and chop trees then a hatchet would. Also as a minor tweak to the game I think it would be nice to have a right click option on the karajama boat people that would be "sail" so u would just have to right click on them and select sail. If you didn't have 30 gp on you then they would say sorry sir or maam you don't have the nesicary funds to sail on this ship.
