Or should i go with Fally teleport?

Whats the fastest way to raise my magic level in F2P, its soon going to be lvl 59 and the goal is to go 90+. Im currently thinking about going high alching after level 59, but hen what should i high alch? :? Or the other alternative is fire blast. What do you think?
