I just got 70 fletching the other day. The best way (IMO) is to buy lots of willows for 30-35 ea. It's easy to buy them on f2p worlds in Draynor Village :wink: . Then, go to the duel arena or castle wars (I think dual arena is better, because there's actually people there), and fletch willow longs until you run out of logs. Don't string them, and go to any general store and sell them all for a 16 gp minimum price. Then, just rinse and repeat.

I just changed my e-mail on my other account (llcoolguy972), and because it was a big change, my account was rendered inactive until I reactivated it by clicking the link in the e-mail they would send me.
