Im trying to get into Port Phasmatys because i know it is the best place for smelting. I know it probably should be really obvious but i cant find how to get in. Help please?

Awesome thanks everyone :D . Just wondering though, on tip.it it says agility doesnt make a difference once you go back to f2p? Is that true? -
Ok ive been playing f2p for awhile, decided to become a member and i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i should be starting on in p2p?Anything i should know or any tips would be awesome thanks :) *Btw im combat 78 and most of my other skills are between 50-70
