A level beyond 126 (Read before you judge ! )

sounds a bit pointless, you're saying you want it to effectively be a level up, but not to go above 99, in terms of how much you hit you want it to be higher, and in terms of combat level, but just not the stats themselves. if you're gonna have all the other stuff might as well go above 99 in the stats.
