how the rsc system works now? I havent played it long time and wanna play now. my main char is banned(saq villu) so i would play with my other chars ok. but it says something that i cant play lol. i made it members and all. so what to do now?

hello. my problem is that i got mu psw back today, after atleast a year and i found myself permantly banned for macroing. it was set in sept august 2006, so it couldnt be me. but i cant appeal cuz it has already been appealed, claiming the same i was going to do. i.e he had my char stolen and some other macroed it. so i ask is there any chance or no? saq villu
