HE:LP ok i have broadband telstra broadband my comp is quite fast but when im downloading anythings its only 25 kb per sec each transfer rate!!!!!!??!?!?!!? why is that my friend has dial up hes is 65. per sec..........??????????/ someone pleasse answer this or tell me how to fix
