I'll quit the game if it becomes to much but its pretty easy to do this TBH. All the 98's I have now would of been 99 in the same time period regardless of me going for 10 in 1 party. I just would of gotten 6 separate 99's so far. The only reason I wanted to do this was because I love my defence cape untrimmed so I wanted to prolong the trimming process. I found maging Irons with fire bolt to not be that bad. The kills can get rather long-winded as opposed to other spells but with chaos guants the extra damage adds up and makes it bearable. You could stick to doing this for a little then hopefully get a few drops (vissage if you are lucky and buy the rest of 99) but it will get pretty old as the exp isn't that great. I don't think using SC items is worth it either but that's entirely up to you, I am just not a fan of SC I am in the same boat as you though. I too need 99 mage and right now I am buying 20k Unstrung Unholy symbols in GE (came out to about 5m). 2 days and only 5k bought to give you an idea on how it's going. I do not know any restrictions you have on your money though. Just do me a favor, if you find something good shoot me a PM ;) As I will do the same for you. :thumbup:

Firstly if you have a post to make PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING (or at least the hidden parts that say math here). It kind of all ties together so you will pretty much have to read it all to get what I am looking for. Okay. Well I am currently 2,013 total level. I am having a big 99 party at the beginning of next year. I have 12 99's planned out that I want to get. I would also like to get 2,100 total at that party. If I get 98 thieving (currently 78) Firemaking (currently 75) Magic (currently 90) and Hunter (currently 80) that gives me a total of 69 levels meaning I will have to get 6 more levels elsewhere... correct? [hide=^^Math here^^]2,100 total levels - 12 98->99's = 2,088 total levels 2,088 total - 2,013 total = 75 total levels to play around with. 75 "free levels" - 69 necessary levels = 6 total levels left.[/hide] Also I have 98 hp but I am currently 685,129 hp exp from 99. With 98,936 ranged exp to 99 that takes up a total of 24,734 hp exp leaving me with 660,395 until 99. Is this correct? Train with Bronze Knives or Rune Crossbow (and mith bolts or broad bolts if you have the required slayer level) Magic short bows are outdated for training. You use bronze knives when training on things with low range defence like caged ogres or Yaks. You use Rune Crossbow for everything else. Simple as that.

I would definitely stick to Shilo. I did 98-99 in 2-3 days its just all around nice to skill and chill. It's relaxing to not have to worry about the spots moving as drastically as monks or have to worry about dropping these fish compared to those fish. Unless you are one of those people who it absolutely pains to "afk" train and you like to be attentive to the RS window then you can go the Heavy rod route for a bit more interactivity.

I like the black flowers idea. And swap out the boots and gloves for gold boots/gloves. That way it brings out the golden accents even more.

I meant to say burnt sharks :oops: IDK where the hell black came from. but how do you mean burnt sharks eating bank slots? should i just make them go all over the place? Just a figure of speech as in they are taking up bank slots and people don't want them. Since you seem to be getting confused maybe others will to. It's not so much that other trees "drop" more nests. It's just that you are cutting a higher volume of logs in a shorter period of time than you are with Yews. I am pretty sure that the amount of nests you get is loosely based on how many logs you cut. For example, I noticed that I was getting a substantial amount more nests when cutting Teaks as opposed to Maples but when I cut Willows it was kind of in between the other two's nest amounts.

I would go with 99 prayer.. I don't see bandos as good for anything except the looks.. especially the tassets. They are quite possibly one of the most overpriced items in the game. Before you criticize my point of view know that I have owned bandos in the past (so I am not an outsider looking in, I have had experience with it) and I am 800 exp from 99 prayer (so again I have experience with a high prayer level, I am not just assuming) Also, I have not tested it (but I plan on it) I am pretty sure you can get the same affect of the Bandos' str bonus by just using Veracs and praying the 10% Str prayer. The costs of p pots and repairs will add up but I was just pointing out that if you are doing a short run at something the Veracs way may be the way to go (As I can guarantee it will be tons cheaper than the cost of Bandos)

I have an idea for another party next year (end of next year) that I think will be only an add-on to how good I hope my cape trimming party will be. I can help you further if you explain this to me.. what is it that makes red chins so unbearable these days? Is it the price being so high that it causes the area to be crowded or what? With that being said, have you ever tried the "1 spawn" method for catching chins? It's actually more effecting than trying to catch 3 or 4 at once. The mage exp seems reasonable but 300k gp/hour I highly doubt. I haven't done humidify in quite sometime but I do know that I wasn't making that much with it.

Are you using super compost + magic sectuers?... if not that would cause you to have a low herb yeild. Level does not affect herb yeilds however.

To be honest I thought I was going to be done in January.. but I have a few more things going on rather than just RS and I know in November my playing time will be cut down SEVERELY at least up into the end of Jan. Also, I don't know how long the 10 98's will even take.. I am getting new ideas everyday of how to train this skill or how to do that skill. And somedays I get surprised by the amount of money I make so I have a few more mils than I did the previous day and if I keep making money then I can do that skill... so right now I am very unorganized.. just finding skills and training them. Closer to the end of the year I will be able to decide on a date better than I will now. JUST ADD ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN GETTING A 99 ON THE SAME DAY WITH ME..
