The way I see it is, Jagex is actually showing that they care more for f2p than anyone (myself included) gives them credit for. What they could have done is rush a substandard f2p update out the door and delay the p2p minigame for testing, thus giving the p2p update twice the playtesting of the f2p update while simultaneously giving f2p a worse shaft than usual. Instead, Jagex took precious time from working on additional p2p updates (time is money, after all) to further test a f2p update; time that could be used to develop and test more p2p content.
It's all about perspective; the greedier f2pers will inevitably see this as further unfoudned "proof" of Jagex's non-existant hatred of f2p, while the more level-headed of us see this as proof to the contrary.

i understand your opinion but i respectfully disagree. Say 8 ppl lose their account a day and quit playing . Say 4 of them would have gotten membership. thats 240 less a year they make. say it happens every day.
thats a significant ammount of money. thats why i believe they are doing this. if its bug free and fun then maybe only 3 ppl will lose thier account a day and quit playing.
thats my personal opinion.

exactly. im not whining just a little upset. i feel like a 4 year old at 3 am on christmas morning. so close yet so far.It really is a shame, since F2P'ers like me have been waiting for this update for the whole month, and now we have to wait longer. Non members get nothing, and this probably just makes us feel worse, when all the member updates happen in the month they are announced, and F2P doesnt. -

i noticed that too and i was all like :shock: then theyre talking about releasing great new things to make up for it . well unless they make another for f2pers the f2pers will still be mad cuz they cant use the new updates anyway. it makes me sick :-X at how ignorant jagex is

lol rune plates r cursed . as soon as i got 1 i was instantly being told that i could get to be a mod for the low low price of my pass, recov q's, and bank pin. i passed on that great deal.

ive been scammed a 100k and to me thats a big thing . i dont make much money and it hurt so bad to know that 1 of my best friends did it. now i am dedicated to helping others out especially the low levels.I do not just tell how to avoid scammers, i hang with them telling them which offers are scams. i get a bunch of pms asking things like' can u really trim armour?'
if they need something like oaks for firemaking exp ill get them some.these ppl know ill be there for them on watever they nedd.food for wildy, ores for smithing. if i had more money id do the same thing as you.
wat your doing is so great to know that its out of the kindness of your heart. you are a great player who believes in whats right. there arent many of those around anymore. id be honored to help you out with the gift giving but id understand if you found all this stuff a little corny. thats too bad when you do something good but it sounds too corny to be true alll because u arent used to playing with helpful players

lol u get to the last floor bet it is filled with lvl 80s training on the lessers so only the silver 1 is open to kill and when u do and if u do u get booted from the tower and have to start again rofl.So much speculation...Well it's gonna be easy i betcha. Like this:

lol i was being stupid a min ago. at least my full rune was in the bank.time to recover my account again. btw ive never had scamming trouble until i got full rune. now im being confronted by "jagex messengers" that r lvl 3 who will hack the server just for me if i give them my password. I think rune armor is cursed by scammer noobs.alright what about the poor high lvl f2p players that had to figure out all by themselves that it is not good to give your password away............ :roll:
