im in the middle of a clue scroll and i have to go to tai bwo wannai village, but i have no idea where that is, can anyone please help me? do you also have to do any quests to get there? please help

i need help with getting the champion scroll for imps, i have been killing imps for the past 4 hours and havent gotten anything. Is there somethin that i have to do first before i can get my first champion scroll? im already in the champions guild.
