You can get a very nice PC with the same amount of money for an ok laptop. Laptops have more problems in general too. Take my word, don't get a laptop. I know people who have gotten a laptop uselessly (me being one of them) and regretted it. Unless you really need a laptop, don't do it. And you don't need it.

I'm sorry, but that's the largest load of crap I've heard in a long time. Name me three prominent NBA players with ghetto backgrounds. How do you find that a load of crap? I've seen 3 players named in this topic already that grew up in ghetto neighborhoods. I could be wrong, but I thought Carmelo actually grew up in a pretty bad neighborhood. I think a lot of nba players may have grown up in bad neighborhoods, but most of them are recruited to go to some pretty nice schools. I don't think it matters that they got in a fight, why can't this be like hockey, where they just let them duke it out a bit. I personally don't care at all, emotions can run high when you are playing competitve sports, i expect a fight once in a while. I'd rather have them get pissed, then not care at all. I don't get why it bothers people so much too. Don't get me wrong I think they should all get punished, or more people will fallow, but a fight once really isn't that bad.

Mac laptops are only affordable when you have $1100+ to spend. That usually doesn't fit into the "affordable" category for most people. Dell and HP's home & home office laptops will make for good low end laptops if you're looking for major brands. Newegg's laptop section is also another good place to start looking to get an idea what you can get for your money. The 2 Dell Precision Series laptops listed on the Dell (the M65 and M90) website also start at $1400, also not "affordable" in the normal sense. agree with this. Go for a cheaper brand, since usually its no big deal. Make sure you get atleast a dedicated graphics card (sucky one), 1mb ram, and core duo 2 (that is what I would recommend). Try to look for deals or sales. Laptops are getting cheaper and cheaper, but honestly if you really don't need a laptop rather spend the money on a much better desktop.

Yea most people type without looking at keyboard. Even those who don't do it manage to do a pretty good job even though it isnt as fast. Just a lot of time on the computer helps you learn to type, plus a took a typing class in HS (ha). I got a new laptop and at first i had to look at the keyboard once in a while because I wasn't used to the keys, but now it is no problem. I typed this without looking at the keys

yea i was sick just recently for 5 days, had a temperture and a cough. It kind of passed on its own. I get sick like every other winter, nothing too serious though.

It is good start, his chest looks a bit flat, but when you get down to shading you will probably fix that. If you bought your computer from a popular brand like Dell, Toshiba, HP, or what not, just go to Best Buy or any other similar store and they should tell you what ram to get for your model.

yea why is there so much hype, honestly i thought it was joke when i first saw a preview on the internet. I don't see how the plot could be interesting or the action intense (unless the snakes grow opposable thumbs and learn to use an ak47).

its settling down a bit

Got it to work out, don't know what i did. Closed my window update down and restarted. Then it worked, but its still really laggy (and IE is still fine like i said). Can anyone look at my log:

Just randomly turned on my computer and when i tried to open firefox it would constantly just become not responding. Tried restarting and everything. Seems its taking up alot of the CPU all the sudden. Is this fixable? MY IE still works fine, but meh, i want firefox back. :cry: If anyone knows how to help me fix this, that would be greatly appreciated.

I sometimes go to my bathroom to wash the dishes, and its weird i walk all the way across my whole house just to realize i shouldn't be washing my dishes in my bathroom sink but n the kitchen sink. I also usualy put the clean plate in the fridge and like the milk in the cubboard.
